It's always a crap shoot when you call City Cab as to whether you will get one or not & hope you never get either the owner or a couple of the less than a handful of drivers they have who are obscenely rude. Then sometimes contrary to their claim that they're always busy, they will shut down operations anytime the owner feels like it because she doesn't feel well. They charge an extra $5 to come to Lugoff just across the Wateree River bridge because it is outside the Camden city limits, Kershaw County desperately needs another cab service because this one & only cab service is despicable.
