my family ordered a tomestone for our mom's grave through this funeral home. The stone was not worded correctly,and the picture had not beeb put on it, so we asked to have it redone. The funeral home said that it could't be done, that it was to thin to be resurfaced. Still being in morning over our mom, we ordered and paid for a second stone. my mom's body was taken from Maryland and buried in South Carolina where she had requested. I live in Pennsylvania, my brother lives in Maryland. We drove to South Carolina to see the stone after it was placed on the grave..Note that we were nerver contacted by the funeral home when it was finished. My sister who lives there visited the grave and said we should see for ourselves. Now we have a second stone not correct. The director never did a final layout for approval of the stone. He never checked with us to see if what he had was correct before he had the stone made. This stone was not correct and still did not have my mom's picture on it as requested on both stones. He had even lost the picture that he was to use on the stone. I had to give him another picture of my mom. It has almost been a year and the stone has not been replaced. my family is very upset about this funeral home and the lack of care. All we want is a heart shaped stone with mom's picture in the middle. How hard can that be?
