Rejected balls joints outside of missouri highway patrol policy. Had to take vehicles to highway patrol whom found NO wear. Then Big O manager was forced to issue me a sticker. Service manager would not accept responsibility. My nephew paid for a state inspection and got a maintenance/safety ejection I think.

I always bring my truck up there for my oil changes. They are very courteous and quick. I don't ever make an appointment and they always get me in and out!!!

The manager is awsome and so helpful! I would recommend the Camdenton store for tires and service!!!

I went in for a tire repair, was told 30-40min. at which point they came to let me know I was next in. Needless to say, another 45min. later I LEFT WITHOUT ANY SERVICE BEING DONE. The site would not let me choose 0 star, which is the rating I would have given them for 0 service.

As a longtime Big O customer, I am sad to write this. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Doing business here is asking them to steal your money. I bought a set of new tires. They told me my vehicle waa out of alignment and one wheel was so bad it needed parts and the whole thing would cost an additional $100. This didn't sound or feel right (the old tires had 45,000 miles with no unusual wear or drivability issues) so I told them just to do the best they could without the extra parts. I then took the vehicle to the dealer where it was purchased and where I get routine maintenance. The dealer said everything was out of spec when I brought it in and they aligned it without needing parts. I called in a complaint to the Big O home office. The regional manager met with me at Big O and told me numerous things which, with much research, I found to be nearly 100% lies. Run, do not walk, from this business.
