Very displeased after renting with J.C. Sutton! We were renting for less than a year and agreed to pay more than the typical rent. We were promised that mirrors would be installed (what bathrooms don't have mirrors?), the toilet paper holders would be installed, and a closet missing any form of hanging rack would have one installed. We never received any of this. They say they do not allow dogs over 25 pounds but there are dogs far more than that. He is very discriminatory toward younger renters, and favors single moms with a lot of children that run around in the streets. We were woken by neighbor children at 8 AM on a Saturday urging us to call 911 because their father hit their mother. Another mother threatened to harm me and would not stop harassing me until I threatened to call the police and shut the door in her face. No one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!

Was necessary to call fire marshal and building code to get things fixed. Suttons have several times avoided making good on apointments to make repairs, residents safety is not a factor to this person just the money for rent.
