Excellent advice, service, and replacement of dead pump. They are my heroes. I called them in a state of total ignorance, and Tammy Gaddy gave me some excellent directions about the next sterp in diagnosing my problem. On a tight schedule to fit mu job around other obligations, the Gaddy's got me together with some valuable other local services and, ultimately, figured out how to replace my septic pump without having that tank pumped. It was a terrific experience, and I am grateful for it.
