Super efficient, fast and courteous service!

We rented a car from enterprise and went up to Tahoe for the past 4 days. On our way back to San Francisco, we ran over a boulder and our fuel tank started leaking. We called Enterprise road side assistance saying that our nearest exit was Peavine Road. No one came for the next 5.5 hours. Being told that Enterprise s road side assistance called EVERY TOWING company, we resigned to our fate and waited like sitting ducks in the dark and rain on a turnout. We were told by Road side assistance not to drive in case it ignited the fuel. Finally, a tow truck pulled over and it was Jeremiah from Extreme Towing. He was not even the company that was called. He said that no one called his company and he was only 30miles out with 5 trucks available. Running 6 plus hours by then, he offered to tow us down to the nearest pitstop for some food and bathroom. We took it.Jeremiah stayed with us all the way till our actual tow truck (from California Colors) arrived. We were told California Colors was going to have a car. HE DID NOT. He was going to drive us back, into the storm, to lake tahoe, then bring a car to us from Reno. This will set us back 6-7 hours in the weather. conditions. Jeremiah came up with a better plan that he will take us to Sacramento Airport and California Colors could take car. All in all, Jeremiah went out of his way to provide made sure we were taken care off when my paid-for insurance company (all state) through Enterprise messed up dispactch big time.
