I had the earphone plug break off inside my cellphone making it so the phone would only work in speakerphone mode. I tried to fix it myself, but couldn't. I took it to these guys expecting to pay through the nose. After about 10 minutes work, the courteous, capable, and competent tech pronounced it fixed.

I stopped back in the next day with a different problem and he fixed that even faster.

The guy was so nice, I couldn't believe it. He actually indicated he had not really done enough work to charge me - both times.

So I tipped him (heavily). Both times.

These folks are now my cellphone repair people for life!
You should definitely not hesitate go there with your cell or laptop problems. Every time.
