Used to be a great local bank, friendly,helpful etc. People are still as great as ever, however someone decided card processing service they were using needed an update. Straight downhill into the gates of hell ever since. Debit cards don't work on-line and no one has an answer as to when problem will be resolved. 2 months of trying to work with new system and till this day, you don't know if your card will be accepted or not regardless of account balance.
