First off, I would like to say the owner is wonderful and does try. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral and found their website which allowed me to order to be delivered on May 30, a holiday. Spoke with owner (I believe). He was very helpful and although I was going to cancel and order closer to the church, I stuck with him because of his great customer service. At the funeral when the flowers weren't there. I called to get a female staff person who was rude and matter-of-fact, said they called me when they found the flowers couldn't be delivered. I was using the same phone number that was given to them and they said maybe it was a typo. I have copied the confirmation onto my desktop when ordered and my number PLUS my e-mail address was on there correctly. There was no correspondence. Owner, great. Rude and callous staff person. I will never trust this company to care enough about their customers. If they would've called I could've delivered my own flowers to my uncle's funeral.
