I had a terrible experience at this Boscov's today. The cashier my mother and I had was rude, she would not allow us to have two separate transactions, she argued with my mother when my mom wanted to have an item taken off after it rang up as $30 more than it was priced at. She even threw a hanger! This along with constant loud, obnoxious sighs and plenty of eye rolling. My mother is a Boscov's credit card holder and used to love this store. The entire experience was depressing and shows how much this store has gone downhill. When we tried to get the correct price from a different cashier, we were also treated very poorly. One of the woman exclaimed "I don't have time for this!" I apologize, Boscov's, for our attempt to make purchases at your store. Apparently, your cashiers do not have "time" for that. Thanks for nothing.
