I had a similar issue as Kate. "Bob" came in, no more then 10 minutes, a few pictures, and done. Appraisal came in thousands lower than expected. He did not listen, did not ask any questions. He compared our home to other homes in a different township, tax area, and school district! I called to ask about this, they refused to talk to me! I am the home owner and paid for this through a mortgage company I hired. Why are they hiding?

I had an appraisal by this company on 2/12/15. The man who came to do the appraisal was here about 10 minutes and was very rude and dismissive of any of my comments or questions. He clearly was unfamiliar with the area because he valued the property at thousands below the TAX ASSESSED value. Do not waste your time or money on this company because they will just make up some irrelevant "value" for the property and take your money.
