If I could give a negative star rating I would. I am completely disgusted with Harris TV&Appliance. We had been loyal customers for 12+years. During those years we had purchased a significant number of appliances all with extended warranties. Over the last year we had numerous issues with our dryer which was finally resolved and our refrigerator, which was finally replaced. It turns out the refrigerator was defective. It actually came down to the last week of our warranty (9 months after the problem was reported and Harris had been working on the problem) that we finally went up the chain of command at the Warranty Center. Long story short, we received credit for a new refrigerator. We then purchased a brand new refrigerator using the credit which paid for about 1/2 the cost along with another extended warranty from Harris. They gladly accepted our money!

We just called the other day because the ice maker did not work. They scheduled the appointment for Friday. I just received a phone call from Harris TV and Appliance that they would not be servicing our refrigerator and we should have been told that when we called. I asked why and they told me because we were not satisfied with the service the last time. Are you kidding me?!? You took our money for a new refrigerator and extended warranty though. She gave me the number for Whirlpool and told me to call Whirlpool. I told her I would tell EVERYONE how Harris treats their long term loyal customers and that we would NEVER purchase another thing from their store!
