Dr. Stern was knowledgable and helpful treating our 6 year old Sulcata Tortoise. She even stayed after hours to make sure he was taken care of before releasing him. I'm thankful to have found a vet in our area who knows how to treat replies.

she charged us $175 to tell us she didn't know what was wrong with our bird. said she had to run more expensive tests. thats a ridiculous fee to charge someone and still have no idea whats going on with their pet.

Have taken all my rabbits to this vet and she helped them each time. I won't use another vet for my rabbits.

I read the bad review and I can not believe it! Dr. Stern is GREAT. All of the people that work there care very much about the animals and do a superior job caring for them. I think this disgruntled customer has care issues when she get the pets home!

Compassionate, Loving, Kind, Insightful, Hopeful, Encouraging, Truthful, Thinks outside the box.....Sometimes when a pet becomes ill it is not so much about "saving" the pet than it is about YOUR journey as a human being. Dr. Stern not only brings hope to healing your pet... she allows YOU to experience your own personal growth and healing. This was my experience with Dr. Stern and her staff. A "traditional" vet would have encouraged me to euthanise my cat the day she was diagnosed with the FIP virus. I knew the outcome was not good. I read the information. But Neither Dr Stern, myself and most importantly my cat ISIS did not give up. ISIS lived longer than expected... and in doing she gave my family the gift of learning compassion, love, healing and kindness. Dr. Stern is doing amazing work and I reccomend her to anyone who is open to thinking outside the box, who desires to participate in healing WITH thier pets.Thank you Dr. Stern and your staff!MF

They are lucky that they even get one star from me! All the pets that I have taken to this lady have all died within a week of my visit (2 animals!) I do not like this place and they do not know what they are doing at all!! Stay away from this place go somewhere else or your animals will end up dead like mine!
