In response to this comment, I agree 100%!! I am new to the area and when I called their office this morning to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter the staff was horrible!! The young girl that answered the phone was so RUDE!! She was arguing with me over my insurance - Not a great first impression. I don't care how great the doctors may be if I am treated poorly by the person answering the phone it is not worth the hassle. I can't imagine how upset I would have been if my child was sick. My only advice to this practice is to hire new office help – QUICKLY!!



I will be finding a different doctor for my children - one with a polite and helpful office staff :)
