Thru the drive thru i order 2 large French vanilla ice coffee I paid for my order at the first window when I got to the second window a guy was putting ice in the cups all the way to the top I beep my horn and called him I asked him if I could please put ice only to half of the cup he said OK but a another employee asked him and he told her what I asked and they started talking about me with the drive thru window open and I could hear them and where giving me looks so I just pulled off and left. I paid for something I didn't get BUT WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN worth customer service and very unprofessional....
