My family is supposed to be moving from CA to MA and your company provided them a truck that broke down several times and was unsafe for them and their family. Its a holiday week and you have caused them much stress and inconvenience. Your customer service department on the phone has been nothing but rude. I cannot believe that your company has such disregard for safety. I will make sure my family all of the country and friends hears about this incident and never uses this company ever again.
