I received the worst hair cut of my life from a person in this salon. I have long, curly hair and wanted long layers. The person professed to be skilled at working with this type of hair. I questioned her method as she was cutting the hair, but she continued, assuring me that she knew what she was doing. Result - layers were far too short, hair stuck out in all directions, too much hair cut at one length left me with "Cocker Spaniel" ears cut bluntly at chin length. I returned to the spa the same day to show them the poor cut. Another stylist, who obviously has the skill to cut curly hair, saw the improper cut immediately. Unfortnately, I had a commitment that evening and was unable to stay to have the other stylist fix my hair cut. The salon did refund my money, but would not repair the cut. I am a walking advertisement for their bad service. Several of my friends have commented on how bad the hair cut is. I am extremely displeased with this salon.
