I needed to get nails done for a wedding I was in. Got nails done and they turned out great. Decided to get them filled, for the holidays. Went back about 2-3 wks later. The same girl did my fill but this time she was done in 15-20 min. I could see the line mark from the previous nail set and not having my nails done since high school I couldn't remember if that was normal, but I knew it didnt look right. I advised her that I could still see the filling mark and she said thats the way it is. I said ok and left. Now, I got them done on thurs nov 15th and by saturday the 16th one nail broke and another one was lifting. I went in on Monday 11/19 and she fixed them for me for free. Then the next day tuesday 11/20 2 more nails came off. I was supposed to leave out of town for thanksgiving early wed morning but needed to get them fixed (since the thanksgiving holiday was why I got the fill in the first place). So I went back to the shop 950am wed morning and waited for them to open at 10am. 2 very nice ladies arrived and asked for me to wait for the lady who did them. So I waited for her (i think her name was Tina) and when she saw me she looked irritated to see me. I said Tina I think my nails are too thin thats why they keep coming off. She didnt say anything she fixed them in 5 min. Once she was done she told me that they were going to charge me $5.00 for fixing them. I said I just got them done 5 days ago and by the 2nd day they started falling off from something as small as scratching my arm, i said your crazy if you think I'm paying you. If you would have taken a little extra time in the beginning we wouldnt have had this problem. My opinion as to why she did such a TERRIBLE job the 2nd visit. The first time I went in I got my eyebrows waxed also and only had $8.00 cash on me for a tip. The 2 girls possible had to split the tip. The 2nd possible reason while I was there for my fill another woman walked in and tina looked up smiled and said oh hi have a seat almost done ill take you and she wasnt almost done. At that point she started to do a bad job. SO my advice is DO NOT GO GET NAILS DONE THERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON LEAVING A BIG TIP THE 1ST TIME SO THEY REMEMBER YOU OR ELSE YOU WILL GET BAD SERVICE!! No big tip no good service thats this shops moto!!
