Terrible customer service. For the third time I went there to order a birthday cake and the guy refused to take my order because they were busy!! If you can't serve all your customers it's a good practice to either higer more personnel or shut the business. Last time I was waitng for almost half an hour to be helped and when it was my turn almost all the trays were empty. They certainly need to be trained on how to run a business and keep customers saftisfied. There is just one guy doing everything and he even does not acknowelege that you've been waiting for so long. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. However, I have to say that their pastry are really good. Look forward to see improvement in the way they do business. In the meantime if you need to buy a cake I suggest Bijan Bakery.
