Thank you for all your hard work that was done on my Camry to return it to me in such excellent condition. I was so afraid that it was totalled this time and you gave it back to me in better condition than before.

I had the best experience at Modern Bench! Pete was great to work with. My car was done in 3 days and the best part... it was less than 1/2 the price of where I received my first estimate!!! The shop does look a little "interesting" from the outside, but they do great work and are easy to work with! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Hey ya’ll this is going to be one of my first reviews. Yay Me. After my SUV had a fight with a parking structure and lost, my bumper was caved in and there was a BIG dent on my fender which was rusting. I hadn't wash my car in months, because I I didn't want it to rust even more. Needless to say, it wasn't looking so nice. At least I have a garage, so it could have been worse. After getting an estimate and being shocked by the amount, I went online and found a good solid rating for Modern Bench Operation. Since it wasn't too far from my house, I decided to check it out. I met with Pete on Tuesday, who gave me an estimate on the spot, without an appointment. He was friendly, didn't talk down to me and was honest. Being a girl, that is very important to me. The estimate was over 1/2 the amount cheaper. I dropped off my car on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. You can't get much better than a 2 day turnaround. The work is awesome. No more dent, no rust, a good looking bumper, the marks on my headlight were buffed out and my car is finally clean!! I met Pete when I picked up my car. What a nice guy. This is a family owned place and you can tell by their treatment. I believe in giving mom and pop places business, so if you are in need of some work on your car, give this great shop called Modern Bench Operation a chance. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVED Modern Bench. My car was recently purchased and then rear ended a couple months later. The car was fixed in two days (much shorter than the other three quotes I received). Not only was it a reasonable price by the staff and work was phenomenal. The bumper looked like brand new and I had no problems with the car...I used to be skeptical about body shops but I will without a doubt return to MBO!

I was a little suspicious about all the raving here online...and had a great experience. What a pleasure to find an honest & talented shop. I had quotes from 2 close shops (that seem to be feeding *nicely* off rich collision insurance) and am thrilled I decided to try MBO. I'm certain the work is equal to or superior to the other shops, the price was fair, and the experience was first rate.

I had a small collision to my car and live south of lovely Campbell. I found Modern Bench Operation Collision by searching online (what else) and it was a great decision to use them. Easy to find, close to home, and Pete and crew were great. Time for repair was accurate, work was excellent and experience could not have been better. Any issue I had was quickly addressed and corrected to my taste and I can be picky. Pete also is a great guy and is very responsible in reviewing your car before and after the repair. Open a short time on Saturday helped as well. I highly recommend and recommend to my friends and use them again. They deal real well with insurance companies and rental car business, so they take the worries and difficulties away.

I got rear ended in my Prius at a stop light and took my car to Modern Bench Ops to get it fixed. They were incredibly friendly and dealt with the entire insurance mess with Mercury insurance. I was given an enterprise rental car at no cost during the time it was being fixed. The bumper apparently did not meet Josh's standards when it came back from painting so he had it repainted. The car now looks as good as the day I bought it. There was a bit of a snafu with the insurance company where they were dragging their feet authorizing the work but I was very impressed with MBO's customer service and they definitely bent over backwards to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They made the insurance mess effectively invisible and dealt with almost all of it themselves. I really appreciated that.

Had my car run into on a hit and run, took it to Modern Bench and the car was fixed in no time. Thanks to Carl and Eddie for their speedy and professional service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs body work. Thanks MDO!!!!!!!

They go the extra mile for the customer. While the work took longer than originally estimated Josh kept me informed and took care of all interactions with the insurance company and the car rental. The car was cleaned inside as well. After receiving the car I notified them of a dead battery issue and they promptly took care of it on a Saturday! Tested the battery and replaced the years old battery on the spot.

karol and tamara hooked my car up !!! the paint on my new chrysler 300 look like it was fresh off the lot they even cleaned the inside of my car witch it needed .they finished it befor the promise time witch was nice . I recomend this shop i will bring my car back if anything else goes wrong thanks M.B.O

MBO did such a great job on my car. My car looks brand new again! Thanks for also cleaning my car. My rims are no longer brown and for my rental too.

Just wanted to say thank you for yet another very professional job with one of our autos. I believe that we have each had our autos in for collision repairs 3 times and your work has been absolutely fantastic. Your staff is very professional and the work done by your shop is without question the best that we have ever received in 30+ years of German car ownership. It's no wonder that the insurance companies are comfortable having you do the repairs for their clients.

Thanks so much for all your good care with my little VW. I know they were going to tear their hair out on a daily basis and I'm ever so greateful that they didn't put a contract out on my life for bringing the car in in the first place.

Last time, I sent my car to this shop for repair, and bump area has many scratches, so they need repaint, it takes 1 day than estimate because Josh told me they accidentally dropped the painted bump, so they need 1 more day to re-paint. Josh dealt with insurance and car rental company, and returned me back a very clean car. I had an accident this week, will try this shop again.

MBO gave me great service, went the extra mile and Pete really did a good job of communicating with me. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone. Great job MBO!

Everyone here is SUPER friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job on my Jeep. Got it back within one week and looks brand spanking new and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend MBO and if anything ever happens to my Jeep again, god forbid, I would definitely take it back there. Thank you SO so much MBO!!!

I LOVE MBO!!! I work right down the street from MBO and we take all our company vehicles to them. After damaging my personal vehicle last week and talking to my insurance company, MBO was first on their list of repair shops. I knew who they were right away so it was an easy choice. I've been to another auto body shop before with my old SUV, but not the best experience(although they were very nice) and decided to try somewhere new. And WOW...they took the BEST care of me and Karl is definitely the man to go to
