Testing "Getting it right" to the customer is a major element of probe card manufacturing. The latest equipment is used to insure our probe cards meet our customers individual requirements. Each probe is measured in all dimensions for best possible performance. Alignment, planarity, leakage, and resistance checks are all a part of our standard tests that are performed in providing the best to our customers.
