Be really aware of the practices of this establishment and really watch what documents you are signing. Their typical contract leaves all the responsibilities for initial project data verification on architect,you and contractor. In my case one of the engineers missed several substantial details in the foundation because he never surveyed the building correctly. Some of the missing details could be observed just outside from the building. And even if the initial error is theirs, the contract is structured so, that to fix it you pay for any additional work. Also that particular engineer needed a reminder of price change due to some structural calculations were done by the third party with my contractor paying that third party directly. Overall additional cost substantially exceeded 25% of the original price.
