AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH SILICON VALLEY FOUNDATION located in Campbell as PG&E contractor.



Stay away from this contractor. they shouldn't be listed in PG&E local contractors.

Seriously, I wasted hours from my time then I got nothing. every one on their team say different things, they offer promises then they deliver zero.

to make the story short, I was contacted by one of their representative (door to door marketing) to apply for PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program, he offered me dreams to turn my house to a paradise in winter for FREE through this assistance program. I've been told that the doors will be sealed, the windows will be sealed, the insulation will be placed, the heaters will be fixed, the shower head will be replaced with a pro ones to save water and gaz.

After applying then approved by PG&E, what I got is the following:



- many hours wasted from my working days for nothing

- Annoying representative who doesn't have problem calling you everyday and leaving a begging and treating messages if they need more document to complete the application.

- Technician with limited skills who can leave your shower leaking and leave.

- Technicians provide you with a contradictory diagnosis, one approve to seal the doors and another say he can't do it because it is no legal to do it, you end up in a loop with nothing.

- Hours wasted and result is ZERO, the assistance program turned to nightmare program.



at the end I would advice everyone before hiring them and before signing anything to make sure they will deliver what they promise, and in my opinion is to hire another contractor and don't waste your time . PERIOD
