Horrible customer service. Hateful staff in loan dept. Charge $25.00 Overdraft charge on a .22 cent over draft! When ask if it could be wavered, was told very sternly and hatefully NO it was my fault it came to be.(exact words) , when actually it was theirs, they said my deposit was in when I checked online,(which doesnt realtime update either) but it wasnt. I moved my direct deposit to a different bank. bye bye falicia!
