Called Johnson to have my car towed on a Thursday because it stopped running. Didn't over heat and gave no warning. Thursday afternoon I called for an update. Johnson said "there's nothing wrong with it you can come pick it up." To which I replied "obviously there's something wrong with it because my other vehicle doesn't just randomly shut off." Never did he look under the hood, just started it and ran it. Friday Johnson proceeds to tell me I need a new fan and belt because the fan has come apart and is just laying there under the hood. I asked him to get me an estimate because I did not pay much for the car and I wasn't looking to spend a fortune on repairs but I need my car back ASAP. Monday no word. Tuesday I called and his daughter Cindy tells me "well you said you didn't have any money so he hasn't fooled with it" Johnson proceeds to tell me that if it will help me out he has a car in the lot he will trade me. I go to look at the car Tuesday afternoon, the car looked like something they pulled together from the scrap yard. Big fat NO on that one. and not only would Johnson not stop what he was doing to talk to me but he wouldn't let me drive a nicer car he had sitting on the lot. By now I'm furious. Wednesday I call again. At this point I feel like I'm chasing my 2year old through a department store! Johnson tells me that he doesn't know what's wrong with it because he can't get the part off. Ok now I'm angry. Thursday he gets the part and gets it on then leaves me a voicemail saying that my radiator is busted up. Really. I tell him not to do anything more to it. I picked it up and took it somewhere else. The mechanic at the other shop opened the hood and started pulling parts out that Johnson never even bolted down! And I'm 110% certain that he busted a hole in my radiator. Never again will I use Johnson motors.
