Employees Need Help

I have visited this store several times and each time I go I am amazed at the way the employees treat the customers. Most of the time they are teenagers standing in a huddle at the front of the cash register. When I come through the door not one of them looks my way or greets me or anyone else for that matter.I went to check out and one of the young girls comes to the register never looks at me or says anything to me, no smile. She has a ring pop sucker in her mouth slurping on it the whole time she is checking me out. Still never making eye contact with me, she tells me how much I owe. Never says thank you come back or anything. this was in the evening around 7:49 the cashier name is Brittany 249959.This is not the first time this has happen she is not the only one that acts that way. I would suggest that every employee go through customer service training. A smile goes a long way and I am a firm believer in Thank you, have a great day or night! Come Back! I have been in retail and the way you treat your customers has a lot to do with them returning.I have no complaints about the store it is always clean and I have never had a problem with the products. I would rate the store very high in that aspect.
