Provided by YP.comdo NOT buy a car from here! I bought a 2011 equinox just shy of a year ago and I've had to take it back 4 times now!! My warranty only covered one of the issues. I was not told anything was wrong with this car. I am over this place and their crappy cars! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Take your business elsewhere!

Just schedule it online, and drop the car off. Your techs are so friendly, always willing to answer any questions. Your service center is much appreciated!

She had no credit so I knew it would take some work getting her approved but Buck Chevrolet didn't hesitate to not only find her the best car for her needs but also work very hard to get her a great financing package she could afford.

Provided by YP.comWe got a great deal at a great price. They had exactly what we were looking for and sold it to us at a price we could afford. Our local dealer didn't help us so we drove 200 miles so Buck could take care of everything for us. Thanks again Buck for a great job!!!

Dealing with this dealership was terrible! I would not recommend them to anyone unless you enjoy a good battle with people who could care less about the customer. In short - I purchased a used car from them and everything seemed wonderful - great car and treatment - until I came with my husband to pick it up and sign the papers. The paper signing went quickly and smoothly but when I went out to get in my car to go home a panel light was on . I asked a young salesman in the lot about it and he went side to speak with someone. He came out and told me that the oxygen sensor had been replaced and not to worry - the light would go out. Everyone left the lot and I pulled out with a shaking car and No gas. My husband tried to call the dealership but they left early that night. We had an hour drive like this and it only became worse - very scary when you just purchased a new car. The next morning my son-in-law called and they said -"we don't put gas in used cars and take it to a VW dealer." I called back and Mr. Buck said the same things to me including that I should come down and "he would take me out for coffee". A very disrespectful,sarcastic man!!!
We did get it fixed at the VW dealer and it is now going back in. I asked for compensation for the additional days of my leased car which I could not turn in, the extra insurance, and the gas. It took a month to get $30.00 and had been given 'the check is in the mail" story. Oh - the VW dealer said thatno oxygen sensor was ever replaced.
when I asked Mr. Buck about this - both he and his employee lied and said that they never said that - that my gas cap was open.
They are not the kind of people you want to do business with - trust me.
