If you are on this site deciding which company to use....stop right now and call Othman!! I’m not sure I have ever dealt with a more professional business owner....ever!! His communication is outstanding! He stands by his word. And his work is second to none!! The system looks AWESOME!! Such quality workmanship!! My basement was even left cleaner than when he started. Do not bother with anyone else! Call Out Radon now!! There can’t be anybody better!!

After finding out that we had an unsafe radon level in our home, we wanted to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Out Radon came out and gave us a free estimate and installed the entire system in less than a week at a very competitive price. The follow up test showed that the system is working well. Othman is a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything throughout the process, made sure that all of our questions were answered and his workers left the work spaces cleaner than they found them. We have worked with many contractors and we have been very impressed with this company's professionalism, punctuality and great customer service.

Our experience with Out Radon was great. We got a quote from another company first, and it was about $2600. Out Radon charged us less than half that, and every step of the process was done professionally and competently. Our radon level was over 10 (over 4 is considered unhealthy), and they are now less than 1.

Out Radon LLC did a radon test for us recently. Their test came back high and we shared it with the homeowner. As they recommended, the homeowner decided to do a follow up test but used a different company. The second test came back high too and the gas issue has been fixed since.
But that's normal. Any other company could have tested our house and found the same results as they did, just like the company that did the follow up test. What stands out for me is that they recommended us using a different company to do the follow up test and even fix the issue if it's confirmed by another company. That's pure honesty. Othman told us they can do it, but rather not because of conflict of interest. We recommended Out Radon to two of our neighbors and both ended up using Out Radon install mitigation systems on their houses. They may have lost our business because of their sincerity, but got two in return. I'd recommend Out Radon to anyone looking for honest and professional radon contractor.

In 19 years of home ownership I've gone through my share of home improvement/repair projects. Never in all that time have I had such a POSITIVE experience as the one I had with Out Radon. Othman was by far was the most quality-driven, conscientious professional I have ever allowed in my home. It's very obvious that he cares about his work and his clients. He availed himself to me through phone, text, and e-mail to answer all my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I had a few. I never felt as if my questions were dumb or that I was annoying him.
A time glitch did occur with the electrician, but Othman remained with me. He never left the premises. His staying represents to me that he is an honorable man who stands behind his work. He wasn't going to leave me in a lurch. I appreciate that.

Very professional guys. Our realtor recommended and we were little hesitant to use them at first because they recently started the business and there were no other reviews about them that we could find before we hired them. But they matched previous proposals we'd received for the radon mitigation at our house and did above and beyond than what other companies that came before offered to us.
My husband is an environmentally friendly guy and he liked how these guys did all their paperwork, everything via email and online. We received three proposals before we called Out Radon and none of them gave us the EPA's Home Buyer's and Seller's Guide pamphlet but Out Radon.
My husband and I highly recommend these guys to anyone out there looking for professional, licensed, clean and hard-working radon mitigation contractors. They're simply the best!
