Provided by YP.comI love living at Brookside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are rules but that's what makes living at Brookside so nice, as I know the place is being taken care of. The apartments are spacious and offer a lot of features. I would highly recommend living at Brookside. The rent is a lot less than most of the complexes around the area.

Provided by YP.comThe apartments are nice but that's about all this place has going for it. Management and maintenance are not friendly. If you're looking for someplace to live long-term I would NOT recommend this place. It's hard to settle in and make it like home if you can't even have so much as a bird feeder. Rent goes up every year, A LOT. It's not worth the money, especially since it's supposed to be housing for people who don't have a ton of money.
