THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED AND WILL NOT REOPEN

Never Ever Again. I have lived here for 12 years and visited Steamboat multiple times. The last few visits I had were awful. The most recent being 9/2/12 and now I am positive I will never go back. The chef has absolutely no idea how to present or cook an entree. I returned one plate and ordered a completely different meal which was un-edible as well. My husbands see bass was on the raw side and my scallops were definitely raw. My children did not even like the pizza. The salad bar was disgusting and no one was there to keep it clean or stocked. After our horrible meal which we should not have paid for, myself and my husband decided to never return unless the place was under new management and has a new chef.

Not worth it. Poor quality.

Their beers are excellent but pricey. Great place for office parties.
