Lots of annoyances throughout the 6 years I was with them- it took me 5 years to finally get a recycling tote. Inconsistent pick up was one issue. Sometimes the tote was blocking the driveway when I returned from work or is was left on its side or wide open (not good when it's pouring rain). Once my husband got the trash out late. I was 8 months pregnant and just returning from work when the truck arrived. One of the crew proceeded to make comments to me as I got out of my vehicle about the time the trash was taken out. I did not appreciate his angry tone especially considering I, 1. Had no idea as I had just arrived at home and 2. I was 8 months pregnant and wasn't dragging anything to the curb.

I have been a customer for 11 plus years .These Guys are Great!! Always on time never leaving any mess after they are gone,always leave the empty pails standing up with the lid closed so the wind doent blow them away. Great Workers Great company! Highly reccomended! A+
