week ago was lost cause, this week had my Insurance company. call to find if order was processed. Well we connected they still had me living in old address. They were the ones brought over damn heavy noisy o/2 machine. Makes nice place to hang small things on. Some day may use it again. And yes you can weld 0 /2 supply. I get bored . and yes fill also toys needing air.

Halprin is reliable and dependable, my deliveries are when requested and on time.

I am new to the use of home oxygen. When released from the hospital this week I was set up with Halprin. Since it was a name I recognized and close to home I THOUGHT I was in good hands. The rep that came to my hospital room and the one that came to my home later that day were very polite and I thought helpful!! My mistake!!! I asked about refills..when, how, where and so on. As I said I'm new to this. I was told by both men that 24/7 all I had to do was call and I would have new tanks brought right over!!( I'm only about 6 miles from their Canandaigua store.) Today my portable tank is down to about 1/2 an hour. Weather man says storms are on the way. I worried what would happen with no power to run the other unit. I called, as told to do, someone did call me back within half an hour and I was told ...this is a quote..'oxygen tanks are NOT a medical emergency. we can deliver sometime Monday'. Since this is Saturday, Monday is a long way off for a person that NEEDS oxygen. This 'fool' that I talked to didn't have any other options for me except to wait til Monday. I did ask him if there was another oxygen supply store in the area..his reply..'not that I know of'. I thanked him (basically for nothing) and hung up. Then cried at the thought of what could happen. I realize a person can go to emergency but when I have insurance that is paying 100% to a company for a service WHY should I have to do that and clog up an emergency room?

This company can be PROUD of the way they handle people that need the services that are SUPPOSE to provide!! NOT!!
