I have been through my share of therapists. Trying to find someone that can relate to a situation and not just give advice out of a text book. It's hard and it can take time to find that therapist that u won't hold nothing back from. I was really guarded, and would tell her what she wanted to hear. Well she saw right there me and called me out on my bs. In professional way of course. As we grew to get to each other and I got comfortable with her, i realized that she is real, honestly, she not going tell u just want to hear. She actually teaches and help you w what ever struggle it is. She listen, she understands, not judgmental, very down to earth. I actually followed her when she left the practice to open up her own. So now I travel from Rochester to Canandaigua just to see her. She just awesome!!
