No show. I spoke with them (male) to schedule a pickup for 9:30pm the next day. He never showed, phone went to voicemail. The next day he said our conversation doesn't ring a bell.

I'm sure they are good sometimes, but don't rely on them when you're 30 min from home in an empty parking lot with a purse full of cash. They need a better way to track calls.

Worst taxi service ever. The cabs always way too early picking you up or picking you up hours, yes hours, late. One of their dispatchers lost it with me on the phone, I mean screaming because I was upset they were not going to get me to my appointment yet again, on time. They said it was the snow. It's Rochester. It was nowhere close to bad. Do your job, don't scream at me. I will say the cab drivers are friendly. It's the dispatchers who are in over their head. I would give them no stars if I could.

I have read most of the reviews here about this company, I find there just not true, Pat's taxi and Medical Transport being one of the only company's in the area providing public transportation they are busy, I found them courteous, professional (Drivers as well Dispatch) There cars are always clean and None smoking! I always feel safe as well I allow my children to be picked up from school by this company, there professional background checks are second to none, I always use there service and have never had a problem.

No matter how early i call them they are ALWAYS late. At least by 20 minutes and constantly i am late to work because of it. They always tell me the driver will be there at a time and they never are. If you need a dependable ride don't call them.

wow, is this a business? or members only I truthfully don't know how to call it, I had a 2pm class to attend, I made reservations at 8am, I figuring that's enough time , for my travel, they never showed up. 3 o clock pass until I had to take a bus, at 3 30 pm every time ,I called its either between 5 or 10 minutes arrival time

I really like the woman who owns and runs this cab. She is a good person and I give her any business that I can.
