I have bought 400 feet of landscape fabric since April 2017 but more often than not Runnings is consistently out of landscape pins. 3 times I have politely made management aware that they are out of landscape pins and they give me the same pathetic line that corporate in Minnesota makes the decisions and they seem to be too stupid to mention it to Minnesota. If you walk into a restaurant, order a meal and when it comes they say they don't have forks and spoons available you would think the restaurant management were idiots. If you went to a lumber yard and ordered lumber but found that they were out of nails you would think the lumberyard management were idiots. This is the 3rd time this year that Runnings sold out landscape pins with thousands of feet of landscape fabric on the shelves. Why can't the management at Runnings Canandaigua and Runnings Minnesota either have more landscape pins available OR freely admit their own idiocy?

We went in for dog food tonight at 7:30. The store lights were partially turned off and there were employees milling about the front area. After trying to go in someone came out and said we close at 7:00. We looked over all the entrances for their hours. There are no signs displaying their hours. When we got home we looked up their hours on line. There were at least 20 other people walking up to the store as we were leaving.
