Provided by YP.comI Love Salvatore’s overall. It’s clear this BRAND NEW location in Canandaigua has some major kitchen kinks to work out. Your deep fryer can’t be to temp, and perhaps your cooks need A LOT more mentoring; actually, of the 2 orders I’ve had today— the cooks need education in order to keep in line with Salvatores standards.. the flavors are there, but “extra crispy” eggplant parm should never be soggy greasy mush… check your fryer temp, and remember to drain after pulling out of the fryer… I’m hoping these are just growing pains, I’m really excited for Salvatores to be in Canandaigua.
