Provided by YP.comThe Military Exchange - Iron Mikes
The Store is now 5,000 square feet of pure Military.
There is only one Location, and its in Canandaigua, New York.
This store is full of Great Equipment, with very fair prices. The store is the only place to buy real Rank & Insignia for the Military Reserves.
I Highly recommend this store....

Provided by YP.comI love Iron Mikes!
I usually buy quite a few things when I'm in and Michael always knocks a bit off the bottom line for me. There is SO much in this store you could spend hours. It's not just military its camping, survival..you name it. The owner is a genuinely nice fella who asks how your doing and is always courteous and often funny! We are lucky to have such a great store locally!

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service - My son bought a pair of military boots, he asked for a size 11 1/2 but the guy who runs the place told him the company didn't sell half sizes so he ordered my son a size 12.
When the size 12's didn't fit my son returned them. This guy then said he would return them to the company where he ordered them and get a full refund and give my son his money back after the company gave him his money back. Two months later my son does not have any cash back or boots.
I went in with my son to request the cash back and the guy in the store said he would have to order a differant pair of boots. because my son did not want to order a differant pair, I asked for the old boots back so I could contact the company myself to get cash back or new boots. He refused to give my son back the boots and refused to give me the name and number of the company he uses.
He then had the nerve to tell me that it is not his fault or the companys fault that my son ordered the wrong size! So my son still does not have any boots and still no money back. This guy is a crook and will rip you off at the first opportunity.
When I questioned this practice the guy who runs the store told me to shut up or leave because my questions were "upsetting him". I told him that if my questions were upsetting him he should just give my son the boots or the money. He again told me to shut up or leave. he then told my son that when he gets upset he can't think right. What kind of a business person acts like this???????
I do remeber this sales, and The Mother left a few things out. 1. your son is in His 30's 2. He works as a Security Guard and He wore out the inside by the Heel, I and my Associate told Him these Boots were the wrong Size. When He bought them. 3. burkett14527 - you were so over the top rude and yelling, My other Customers told you to leave , and then you sat outside, harrassed more customers, and they told you to shut up!I asked you to please Hush...Then while I conducted normal business with your son. we agreed to order another pair. 4. your son came back in with the boots a week later, and I sold Him another pair at my cost.( He left with two pairs. 5. and as a side note no I'm not going to give you the name or number of my vendor so you can ruin a relationship or abuse them. as you did me and my customers in my store. 6. you tried to get a free pair of boots by yelling in public, and it didnt work... yes its easy to give you back the money, but much more rewarding to see your son get a pair of boots that fit, and I think hes been shopping here several times since. 7. thankyou YP.com for letting Me tell the otherside of the story.
