You go into the store and the first thing you are greeted with is a casual yet friendly greeting from people who seem average at first glance but when you start talking to them are much nicer than the average cashier at a 7-11 or Plaid Pantry. The old guy that works some days is very interesting to talk to and has a great sense of humor, and the younger guy (I think his name was Chris, not sure if he still works there) went above and beyond and even asked me general questions like how was my day and what have I been up to, also he asked if I lived or worked in town (I don't, I just often visit some friends for Dungeons and Dragons game night, but it was nice to hear the question in such a casual and friendly conversation) which made me feel more welcome. The store was very clean when I went in and the shelves were well organized. Also they have a fridge specifically for Monster Energy drinks, a definitely plus. In addition to food and drink they also have a decent selection of random gear such as gloves, hats, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper, which kind of surprised me (but probably is due to the pandemic TP scares). Great overall experience. They are currently hiring, too, so I hope someone with a positive attitude like the current employees gets the job.
