Another body shop told me my Honda bumper had to be painted. The man here rubbed everything off with some rubbing compound (?) and didn't charge me. Wouldn't even take a tip! He just shook my hand and said come back if I need them. I didn't have to pay deductable or anything since it didn't need to be painted. Hope I don't need them, but will definitely go back if I do.

Brought car in for estimate and extremely overpriced and unreassonable quote. Not sure how stupid they thought I was. Got an estimate from a different body shop at a fraction of what Stallens quoted. My experience: go somewhere else.
