I tell all of my friends and colleagues about Dr. Joseph Lutche at Concord Vision. I have been a patient for the past 4 years. He is always professional, courteous, and thorough, and the experience is better than any other I have ever had at a chain or franchise eye care center. Warm, friendly place with personal, one-on-one attention. You never feel rushed, and all your questions are answered in a way you can understand. You will SEE that Dr. Lutche is very personable and puts you at ease right away as soon as you enter the building. Kudos to Concord Vision!

Dr. Lutche is very professional, performs a thorough eye exam, and has a wide variety of attractive frames in stock. He has a passion for his profession. He really cares about his patients - once he met me and my husband at his office even though it was outside of his usual office hours. He does excellent follow-up care in that any time I need my frame's fit tweaked a little, he is happy to make adjustments. Dr. Lutche is always interested in learning more about eye care and attends classes and conferences so he will be up-to-date. He also gives back to the community through donations of eye ware, his time, and finances.

This is a real Doctors office, not a retail store with a contract OD trying to sell you contacts and frames. Dr. Lutchie was very professional and concerned with my eye care more than he was selling me anything. I had an allergic reaction of some sort and he saw me immediately. My father was an optometrist in Nashville for 50 years and it is hard for me to trust anyone else with my eyes. Dr. Lutchie took the time, did a thorough examination and explained everything to me very clearly and made sure all my questions were answered before I left his office. Last time I saw an optometrist was in a retail outlet and it was obvious the Doctor just wanted to get me out into the sales floor. At concord Vision, they care about your health not what they can sell you.

I took my daughter her to have her eyes check since she was having headaches. I planned on using my vision insurance but they recommend since she had tricare prime medical to file it through them. When stated I wasn't sure how her medical worked for this type of visit I was told that they would go ahead and file and if it wasn't covered they would just refile through the vision insurance. When the medical claim was declined they stated it was my fault since I didn't let them know I needed a referral, even though I clearly stated I didn't know how it worked.So instead of having a $15 copay as originally intended I had to pay $120 because I was lied to and they could not send it through the vision as they said they would it the medical didn't cover it. They also never once told me they were not even an in-network provider for Tricare Prime and I would not have been able to get a referral for them.
