Embry Welding and Medical Supply

I went to them to purchase a CPAP machine and supplies in Feb. 2020, and everyone was very nice to deal with at first. One of the forms they asked me to sign had a monthly renewal of CPAP supplies that would be paid for by my insurance company each month (She stated this and it was on the form she handed me.). I stated I did not want to sign for a monthly supply-renewal. The lady asked why and I explained I would order them on an "AS-NEEDED" basis because I may not need a new supply every month and there was no sense wasting money for months I didn't need them.

At this point Kenny came out of his office (*1st time I ever met him) and with a half smile/snear on his face asked "Are you listing to what she is saying to you"? I said yes I understood everything she just said (and was going to repeat to Kenny why I didn't want to sign this form), Kenny interrupted me and said, "Well you don't act like you do".... At the point, I realized Kenny has a MUCH superior IQ than me or other customers so I got up, got my old CPAP machine and told him he had the most UNPROFESSIONAL attitude of anyone I have dealt with up to now and I'll get my equipment and supplies elsewhere. To his credit, when he saw I was going to leave he did say he was "sorry", but I didn't want to deal with him and give him any business/money based on his attitude, so I left.

I wish I had seen these reviews BEFORE I went there and could have saved myself a lot of frustration....... My advice and opinion would be to NEVER give Kenny or his business a single penny. Had Kenny stayed in his office and or kept his mouth shut he would have been much better off!
