I HAVE USED ATTN. VIVO 3 OR 4 TIMES AND WAS SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME AND HIS FEES. A LITTLE SLOW RETURNING CALLS, OTHER THAN THAT HE DID WELL. D. S.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. I used him for a bankruptcy and he screwed us good. He didn't file the bankruptcy correctly the first time so the proceedings was continued. He needed to file more paperwork and he waited until we got a letter from the court saying it was going to be cancelled. My payment was $455.00 a month for 5 years. He told us not to show up for the trial date, that he would handle it. Well he handled it alright, now our payment is $1000.00 a month for 5 years plus what we already paid. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!
