Yesterday I called the shop to confirm the type and color of flowers available for a selected arrangement. Once assured by the clerk, I placed my order. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when my wife sent a photo of arrangement she received only to find out the yellow roses I was assured of having included were substituted with white roses in the order. It seems like the clerk should have informed me of this at the time I placed the order. I am a regular customer to SNF but will consider only options in the future if this is the best they service they can offer!

Very Poor Experience!!! I have never visited this shop before. I seen they we having an open house, my friend joined me and we drove over an hour to check it out. Pleasantly surprised with products and sales associate who was helping us, we selected several different items. However, when we proceeded to the check out.
We were informed that the someone priced these items incorrectly and that cost was actually higher. Furthermore, the owner of the store. Said she would only sell one person - one item at the marked price. So either I could get the item. Or my friend could get her item. But not both of us.
They refused to sell the items as they were clearly marked.
The whole experience was very poorly handled. Not only did the "owner" continuously throw employees under the bus. She should have had the respect, to address her customers directly instead of middle-maning her sales associate to
To us. We won't hone this. And the prices have changed to that. Furthermore-Even WALMART makes it right if items or signs are incorrect they will honor price as marked and then remove incorrectly place signs /price tags.
The items here are lovely and I wish I could have patronized a small business but unfortunately they have very poor business protocol. I would highly recommend you review your sales receipt. This type of customer service will not serve them well in the long term.
