WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! The customer service is horrible, they diagnosed my air conditioner and were not able to fix instead brought up an excuse of someone tampering with the unit without releasing any proof or explanation. They reported the false information to the warranty company. I could never reach the supervisor or the manager of the company nore they hold them responsible for anything. Not only they didn't fix my unit but worse than that they will lie about the issue to take the responsibility to other companies. Stay away...

Well, the people on the phone are great. After that they are terrible. Mike the manager came out for a service call. He said if he could not find a place to park, he was leaving. We had to deal with him because it was a warranty. Then Robert came out the next time and did okay at first but lied to Lowes. So I will not be seeing them or this company ever again.

Spoke to the rudest person I've ever encountered named Ireland. They made an error on the date when they were supposed to send the technician. Original apt was on Friday the 4th and all of a sudden the technician shows up at my door on Thursday the 3rd. No one is home on this day. Further, I had made special arrangements to make sure that someone is home when they come. Ireland kept insisting that I'm wrong and they have their paperwork with Thursday's date. She would not admit that they made an error. Told me she will cancel the request and didn't care if I went with them or not. I'm sure Ted the owner would be real happy to know that he has a rude individual working for him, who drives away business. She refused to pass the phone to a supervisor, saying no one was available. Tough luck for me. I will never work with this company!!! I'm going to make sure that I give this review to First American as well so that they know what their customers have to go though with these unprofessionals.

Our refrigerator is 4 years old and last week it started warming up so we looked around and the guy found the problem in about 20 minutes and it was a very fair price to pay instead of a new one. Very satisfied.
