THEY OFFER AMAZING CLASSES, ANY CLASS YOU WANT THEY OFFER I LOVE IT SO MUCH I TAKE CLASSES AND PRIVATE TRAINING WITH ALL THEIR NEW TRAINERS. THEIR TRAINERS ARE VERY EXPERIENCED THAT MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE.

THE BEST PART IS THEY ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK.

This place is HUGE and fully stocked with equipment to train, unlike most places around the area! PLUS the instructors are great and make sure you don't leave their class without a sweat! AMAZING.

its a work out that everyone should do, i love how the instructors tell you step by step how to do any moves you have trouble with and actually work with you on improving... its the best GYM i have ever been too you Guys should go and try it out (:

As a single parent of a teenage daughter and an 8yr old son, we joined this gym together and it has brought us closer than ever!



Its a very friendly environment that is perfect for people of any level of fitness and are serious about getting into shape.



This newly remodeled gym has state of the art equipment and sooo many new LICENSED INSTRUCTORS, not only for adults, but many for the children as well. They have a super friendly staff that are extremely helpful and non-intimidating and just make you feel like a part of their martial arts family.



It is now open 7 days a week offering classes in HAPKIDO KARATE KICKBOXING MUAY THAI BOXING SELF-DEFENSE WEIGHT TRAINING GYMNASTICS WRESTLING GRAPPLING BRAZILIAN JU JITSU SUBMISSION FIGHTING WIN CHUNG FIGHTING WEAPONS WOODEN DUMMY TECHNIQUES!!!



Mon-Thurs 9am-10pm, Fri 9am-7:30pm and Sat-Sun 9am-7pm, with a gym that's open this many hours, you have so many opportunities and options.



My kids are so happy being here, making new friends and having a new outlook and respect for the art of karate, friendships and family. They teach the kids great discipline, patience and respect here. Which makes their behaviors at home and school so much more pleasant.



This facility is so spacious clean and down right amazing!



I couldn't of asked for anything better.
