Provided by YP.comIngolstadt has been the primary mechanic on my VW for the last 3 years and their work has been amazing. Just recently, they went above and beyond by meeting me after hours at a tire shop because the place the replaced my tires forgot to put my log nut key back in my car. They drove one over to me because I had to have a tire fixed that had lost a fight with a nail. Great Job Ian!

Provided by YP.comI found the new ownership to be of faulty service. Horrible service, very unprofessional. Both owners or so-called specialists, would be OUT on personal errands. I found that the secretarys behind the desk would be of more help to me than anyone else. I found another Audi specialist around the corner with more professionalism and knowledge: His name is Klaus at 818/888-7366.
DON'T TAKE YOUR AUDI TO INGOLSTADT....YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
