my left eye was hurting badly. i've been a client there for 3 yrs and they told me no doctors could see me for a check up that day . only for a full eye exam. more money of course...



my eye was hurting so i didn't care as long as i could see a doctor.

my appointment was at 12:40pm and by 1:20 pm i still wasn't attended



i had an appointment at 1:30 at the apple store so i ask if i could come back and a lady with white hair told me that they were fully booked so I had to keep on waiting !



she wasn't so customer friendly at all so i left. I was on time and that's how they treat their customers over there. no consideration what's so ever.



we're not cattles. my eye was hurting. i'm done with these corporate branches.

from now on i will see a family eye doctor
