Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. These people have no sense of customer service. My wife and I bought a dress for a wedding we were supposed to go. They were supposed to order the dress from their warehouse and gave us a call. The store manager called my wife that the dress was ready on the next day but when she went to the store to pick it up. There was no dress. The staff had no idea about the dress. They said it was never ordered and they could order it for the following week after the wedding. When we asked for a refund, they said they didn't give refunds and they could give store credit. The staff was very unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are better stores with friendly staff in the mall if you're looking for gowns.
