MINI KABOB RESTAURANT AT WESTFIELD TOPANGA Mini Kabob was first founded by a man with Persian Armenian roots who owned the mechanic shop behind its original location. He started it to fulfill his desire for the traditional mini ground beef kabobs wrapped with lavash. Business wasn't working so well that he would eventually sell his business. Mini Kabob filtered through many more owners until 1995. Ovakim Martirosyan and his wife Alvard Martirosyan took over and never looked back.
