Agreed. Great Customer Service.

I contacted PondBiz because I too had just recently moved into a house with a koi pond and needed someone to come to my house to look at my pond and also one of my fish that I thought might have an infection. They told me they didn't personally do service calls, but that they could recommend me to some independent service providers that could make house calls. They provided me with 3 people who could help me and also gave me a tip about what infection my fish could possibly be suffering from. Very polite and quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone in need of pond supplies or questions!

This place is so helpful, knowledgeable and ready to listen. I recently moved into a new home that has a koi pond on the property. I went to Pond Biz confused about how to take care of my pond and the fish in it. They really listened, answered all my questions, and provided me with products that really helped my pond.....they were even able to recommend a service guy to clean the pond for me twice a month and he is doing a great job!
